Purchase and Secure Payment

To purchase an item from IKEBANA projects online store, simply select the quantity and click on “Add to Cart" on the product page, and then click on the cart icon to finalize your purchase. You will then be directed to our secure checkout area where you can choose a billing address (where we will send your invoice) and a delivery address (which may be different to the billing address, for example: a work address, a company, the address of the person you wish to send a gift to...). The final step is the Secure Payment, where you will be able to pay with a credit or debit card of your choice.

IKEBANA projects.com accepts different forms of payments including:

You are responsible for the relevant charges or fees, if any, applied by your card issuer, bank or other payment institution as a result of our processing of your payment.

Once payment has been received and your order has been confirmed, your order will automatically be sent to IKEBANA projects for processing. Confirmation of your order means your acceptance of the whole Terms and Conditions of Sale through IKEBANA projects’ online store. You will receive an email with the confirmation and details of your order.

The prices of IKEBANA projects products are shown in Euros. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products on the www.ikebanaprojects.com website at any time and without prior notice. However, the prices that appear when the consumer makes a purchase will be considered valid.

Any data registered by the www.ikebanaprojects.com website will serve as proof of the transactions carried out between IKEBANA projects and its customers. In the event of a dispute between IKEBANA projects and one of its customers about a transaction carried out through the www.ikebanaprojects.com website, all the data registered by IKEBANA Projects Limited will be considered as irrefutable proof of the transaction.

Shipping

Our goal is to deliver your item(s) within the timeframes mentioned below, however delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to local carrier holidays.

Please note that we will not be able to change the delivery address following confirmation of the order.

The ownership and risk of loss of your products will be transferred to you when you take possession of them.

Estimated delivery time:

• France and rest of Europe: 3 to 5 working days

• United Kingdom: 5 to 7 working days

• Russia, Japan, United States: 7 to 10 working days

All limited edition art prints sold on this website are produced on demand therefore an extra 3 to 5 business days should be added to the above estimated delivery times.

Exchanges & Returns

Please note that all sales on this website are final. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item at info@ikebanaprojects.com to alert us of the damage, then return the defective item to us (at your own expense). Upon reception of the defective item, we will ship out a replacement (at our own expense) if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
